POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Integrated Marketing and Customer Journeys team is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to support a global shift to full funnel lifecycle marketing initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of integrated customer journeys that drive engagement across the entire customer lifecycle. We are looking for an individual with prior B2B campaign, integrated marketing and conversion experience to lead large end-to-end lifecycle strategies. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Marketer to be a trailblazer toward the organization's future and support an exciting shift to full funnel marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be a core part of an exciting shift from email blasts to full funnel lifecycle marketing. With the support of an agile POD you will provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and upcoming projects to drive adoption of integrated customer journeys globally.
  • Define multi-channel strategy and create integrated journeys across all parts of the marketing funnel from brand awareness through conversion and customer retention, to cross sell and upsell stages to help improve customer experience and drive engagement.
  • Play a leadership role using data analysis and consumer insights to advise marketing programs, end-to-end client journeys, future state hypothesis and business opportunity exploration.
  • Develop and scale digital B2B programs aimed at meeting key customer needs and driving intended customer actions across acquisitions, onboarding, growth and retention stages of a customer's lifecycle.
  • Design and execute product triggers & feature activation plans into lifecycle marketing experiences, working closely with Global Digital Product, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales and Technology organizations.
  • Run all aspects of program execution (planning, intake / scoping, production / activation, creative review process, measurement, optimization) working cross-department in an agile way to continuously drive value.
  • Own key engagement metrics that predict conversion, retention and/or churn. Work with the marketing data team to evolve journey metrics and support a shift from performance data based in activities toward a full funnel performance KPIs (velocity, volume, value).
  • Analyze competitive market to identify unmet consumer needs and determine differentiated value propositions to drive funnel optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content Team to develop messaging and marketing content for product awareness, education, expertise and demand generation.
  • Analyze performance and consistently A/B test against KPIs: funnel & lifecycle metrics, NPS, and LTV. Share performance openly with the broader org. to drive continuous improvement.
  • Follow the Agile SCRUM framework to create a culture of transparency, inspection, adaptation, and prioritize adding customer value quickly. Use Jira to update work, attend weekly agile ceremonies with POD.
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience leading large integrated full funnel B2B marketing programs across channels.
  • Experience running and optimizing inbound and outbound strategy to create end-to-end customer journeys across the entire lifecycle and across multiple channels (email, paid media, web personalization, social, etc.)
  • An analytical approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs. Intellectually curious and appreciate learning new skills and capabilities (e.g. agile principles). Results-oriented; takes steps to ensure programs are rooted in business impact versus activities.
  • Enjoy deriving actionable customer insights from research and data analysis to inform new hypotheses, opportunity exploration, business case development, differentiated marketing strategies, and program execution.
  • Relentlessly customer centric with demonstrated expertise at driving funnel optimization by connecting data ecosystems to develop fully integrated cross-channel journeys.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-channel integrated journeys using marketing automation, and CRM with a keen interest in MarTech and ensuring best practices in automation.
  • Execution excellence and a track record of marketing impact and leading with influence.
  • Experience with A/B testing or other types of experimentation, and impact estimation/analysis to consistently evolve customer experiences.
  • Experience with the Agile marketing and the SCRUM framework - is an added benefit.
