Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior EFX Trader to join our growing trading team in Singapore.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in supporting client accounts within Wells Fargo Securities and contribute to new and innovative products related to market trends
- Review and analyze moderately complex client and bank security trades with security dealers, municipalities, and corporations
- Review security trading and documentation for regulatory compliance and reporting
- Process trade tickets
- Resolve portfolio cash position and review market conditions for profitable securities execution advice
- Work with Investment and Fund Managers and Financial Consultants to meet client deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trading, risk, compliance, and operations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers on client accounts
- Establish bid and ask prices on securities and achieve profitable securities execution
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Responsibility for ensuring pricing of FX products via e-channels in APAC timezone
- Develop strategy for deeper client penetration, growing volumes and presence in the region
- Engage with global teams to improve infrastructure and pricing capability
- 4+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Degree qualified in a quantitative field eg Finance, Math, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
