Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of Singapore consumer digital marketing strategy, for both master-brand and strategic sub-brand and product, platforms that can be nuanced and adopted across key product segments
  • Set and maintain the guidelines for the digital assets to including tone of voice, building to the various brand attributes, to establish OCBC Bank as a key digital brand in SG (in sync with the main Brand theme)
  • Ensure strategic initiatives deliver against business objectives for selected focus products/services, across all businesses
  • Own and manage key digital assets such as Website, MarTech Tools etc.
  • Improve the digital sales capabilities within the app through superior customer experience and sales journey optimizations (via a CX team)
  • High quality implementation of the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience.
  • Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI. Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance across acquisition and cross-sell
  • Manage third party media/ ad-tech, martech and digital production agencies to execute and deliver best in class marketing programs
  • Appropriately assess risk when business and vendor decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
  • Manage the set budget and ensure compliance with various MAS regulations for the campaigns
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and techniques that would be relevant for our business, vet them and test as appropriate
  • Evaluate competition, the market, and program performance to size new program opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make recommendations to enhance current programs and improve results

Job Qualifications
  • 15+ years in Marketing or Agency, with deep experience in digital marketing, especially around Performance/Growth Marketing. Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success
  • Working knowledge leveraging web traffic (Analytics.) and personalization/ testing platforms (Adobe Target, DMP and others) tools
  • Knowledge of agile principles and familiarity with banking environment/ products a plus
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines
  • Be comfortable with getting into and working on detailed plans to drive speed of execution while staying focused on quality and sustenance of output
  • Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive strategy and framework
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness
  • Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities with a passion for technology and numbers
