We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Digital Brokerage Client Strategy .

Principal Responsibilities
  • Shape HSBC's self-directed client strategy to deliver a compelling value proposition for Retail and Private Banking clients incorporating HSBC's unique capabilities and strengths in the Hong Kong market
  • Design and oversee a pricing and promotional framework that balances short term KPIs with long-term value for all client segments
  • Strengthen HSBC's digital brokerage identity and ensure the business is positioned correctly in all internal and external communications
  • Build out a client lifecycle program, targeting self-directed traders at all stages of relationship with HSBC with the right message at the right time through the right channel
  • Turn data into actionable insights by uncovering client pain points or opportunity areas via internal and external data sources
  • Develop external partnerships and innovation pipeline with ambition to deliver step-change improvements in client acquisition, retention and satisfaction
  • Expand your impact and uncover new collaboration opportunities by building effective relationships with colleagues across the organization
Requirements

Requirements
  • University degree, master's degree preferred
  • Years of working experience in consulting, online platforms and / or financial services
  • Proven people management track record essential
