What you will be responsible for
As an Associate II in the TA Alternative Operations, you will

• Processing and reporting Capital Calls, closes and distributions for private equity funds
• Generate fund event notices, such as Capital Call notices, Distribution notices, Investor statements
• Work with clients, broker-dealers and 3rd party vendors to provide operational support
• Managing client Service Level Agreements as well as internal and external KPI's while ensuring they are met
• Collaboration with other Transfer Agency business units as well as other departments within State Street
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Handling and resolving complex operational issues, as they arise
• Managing other projects or tasks, as assigned

Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA required
Must have 1 - 3 years of mutual fund operations experience
Proficient in MS Office
