Location: Remote
Rate: $70-$85/hr DOE (which if worked full time for a year is the salary equivalent of $145,600-$176,800/yr) **This role is to be paid based on hours worked**
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months with opportunity to extend/permanent hire

Your day-to-day activities will include:

GOE Project Management / Overall Finance PMO work
Support the separation of the Life & Retirement and investment businesses, including contributing to the target state operating model design work
Tracking projects centered around cost benefit analysis and postmortem follow-ups
Redesign reporting and re-organize business processes
Partner closely across business's functions and transformations
Contribute to managing certain third-party relationships to drive a best-in-class transformational outcome

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need:

Life & Retirement business and product experience
Graduate or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Effective stakeholder management
Strong influencing skills
Project management experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
