Who we are looking for
The FLoD Risk Exception Management Officer, based in Quincy, USA, is responsible for supporting the Risk Governance team by preparing and maintaining presentation materials, arranging meetings and organizing meeting records for the multiple risk working groups. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx, SharePoint and Box. An understanding of risk management and compliance principles is preferred.>

What you will be responsible for
As a Risk Management Officer you will:
  • Support the Risk Exception Management team as we enhance our governance structure and implement risk-related working groups responsible for reviewing and approving risk exceptions
  • Create and distribute monthly meeting materials including invitations, presentations, and agenda for the risk working groups
  • Follow-up on meeting invitees monthly meeting materials, enforce meeting deadlines and ensure submitted materials meet our standards
  • Design and maintain collaborative workspace (e.g., Box, Teams) for working group membership
  • Maintain Risk Working Group records including, agendas, attendance records and meeting minutes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • B.S. or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience with governance, risk and compliance principles preferred
  • Experienced MS Office suite user
  • Strong interest in Cybersecurity concepts and principles

Additional requirements
Experience with Archer is a plus
