Talent Acquisition Manager will have an overall functional responsibility, but will also be involved in working cross functionally to deliver a seamless recruitment service to the business. You will also play an active role in supporting our major change process to ensure the delivery of a quality customer focused service to both the business and our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking and other creative channels
  • Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, industry and competitor analysis, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities
  • Identify and demonstrate an understanding of KPMG China, the competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective hiring
  • Work in a consistent manner that delivers positively against relevant metrics (cost, time-to-fill)
  • Manage candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hard-to-fill talent acquisition needs
  • Build effective relationships with clients and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation
  • Work closely with the National talent acquisition team to identify recruitment needs and potential resourcing solutions
  • Your coverage will expand to involve areas of Global Mobility and dealing with other KPMG Member Firms around the world
  • An understanding of HR disciplines such as Compensation & Benefits and Employee Services will benefit you in this role


Experience & Background
  • Degree holder, preferably in human resources or business related discipline
  • 6~10 years' experience in recruiting and staffing, preferably with experience in headhunting
  • Good market intelligence, new sourcing channels, and awareness of developments in recruitment markets
  • Fully knowledgeable of executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods (executive referrals, research, direct sourcing, internet search, executive search firms, etc.), vendor relationship management, executive compensation strategies, external community and agency relationship management
  • Strong service mindset and genuine interest in championing people initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication
