The Role : Senior Lead Engineer, Integration and Solutions

The Team : The candidate will be a part of Digital Workplace & Integration and Solutions team. We provide Learning Opportunities, Solutions and Consultancy to Citizen Developers on Power Platform, Develop Custom Solutions and deliver Automation as a service to various teams

What's in it for you : The candidate will have direct responsibility for Consulting and Development of Flows, Bots and Apps. The candidate will provide technical and architectural security guidance and professional advice to the stakeholders. The candidate will be required to identify opportunities, explore, and evaluate new technologies, processes, standards, and frameworks while ensuring frictionless user experience on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Consultancy and Advise to the Citizen Developers across the Organization
  • Provide high-level solution architectural expertise on Power Platform components to sales, project delivery teams, and clients
  • Lead and support the delivery of a broad range of Power Platform engagements
  • Possess a deep understanding of low code no code strategies for identifying relevant use cases to meet client business, financial, and technical objectives
  • Collaborate and partner with business end-users and divisional IT (Information Technology) to identify solutions and opportunities that can leverage the Power Platform
  • Provide technical and operational governance across the Platform Services environment
  • Work closely with security architects and risk and compliance teams to ensure security best practices are implemented
  • Provide support for enterprise projects and initiatives
  • Utilize a consultative approach to identify, drive, and deliver technical transformations
  • Retain a hands-on approach to solving difficult business and technical challenges with the team
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Evaluate technology and vendor strategies to meet future needs in the organization
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or 8+ years of relevant experience in Automation and Power Platforms
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Hands-on in other Automation Technologies is a plus
  • Software Development experience in any language is a plus
  • Experience writing and evaluating technical and functional requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Information Security in the design of sound solutions and processes
  • Able to influence stakeholders on complex technical issues
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders across the business
