Who we are looking for
State Street Global Advisors manages and is a promoter of around 350 European funds in multiple domiciles (Luxembourg, UK, Ireland and France). The EMEA Funds Management team is responsible for handling all processes related to fund governance; including coordination of board meetings and offering documents (prospectus, KIIDs, KIDs) and also manage a wide range of additional regulatory documents relating but not limited to ESG, taxonomy. We also oversee the fund financial statement preparation process and audits thereof.
Your scope of responsibilities will be to facilitate the implementation of certain regulatory disclosure and reporting requirements for various fund ranges. You will also manage regulatory change disclosure with respect product structure and reporting and maintain certain databases to ensure integrity of data.
You will also have certain operational and product range management functions.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As a Product Manager you will:
  • Facilitate the implementation of certain regulatory disclosure and reporting requirements for various fund ranges.
  • Manage regulatory change disclosure with respect product structure and reporting
  • Maintenance of certain data bases
  • Help manage regulatory inquiries
  • Have certain operational and product range management functions
  • Be a key stakeholder in fund disclosures, financial reporting and administration
  • Support appropriate teams with resolution of operational issues.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and best practice standards
  • Ensure timely execution of all BAU processes with a focus on minimizing enterprise risk.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • You should have a university degree + min 2 years relevant experience in asset manager environment.
  • Project management ability
  • You will have experience with funds domiciled in the EU
  • Knowledge of European fund regulation (e.g. UCITS V, AIFMD)
  • A sound understanding of the pan-European asset management industry and solutions required by asset owners and intermediaries
