Customer Propositions and Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Deposits Transactional Banking and FX (FX).

Principal responsibilities

• Manage and execute implementation of deposits & FX infrastructure change initiatives, ensure quality deliverables which meet internal and external customers' requirements
• Plan, formulate and deliver business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experience, streamlining the end-to-end operation process, sustaining business growth and competitive edge of deposits & FX products and services
• Maintain timely communication with IT teams and various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives
• Liaise with various stakeholders to manage ad hoc projects to address the changing customer and business needs
• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
• Keep abreast of the latest compliance requirements of the Group, Bank and regulatory authorities, initiate necessary internal and external communication plan, internal procedural and system changes

Requirements

• University Degree or other relevant post graduate qualifications
• Sound knowledge of retail deposits, FX products management and payment, prior experience in retail digital channel development or multi-functional projects would be an asset
• Excellent Project Management skills including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Numerate, positive, flexible and self-motivated individual
• Strong business acumen and analytic skills, able to navigate conflicting priorities
• Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
