Our client is an investment technology provider looking for a proactive professional who is eager to learn and develop in a key customer success / client services role. Joining this well established fintech company at an exciting time of growth, the successful candidate will receive financial markets industry and technology training, and with this engage with some of the worlds' leading investment companies in their use of portfolio management and analysis systems to support their investment processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a primary contact for clients, supporting, troubleshooting and consulting in their use of the portfolio management system.
- Provide users with online system training.
- Keeping users up-to-date with the release of brand new features, through phone / emails / online media.
- Working closely with the sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth
Our client is looking for the following in suitable candidates:
- A finance or economics type Bachelor's Degree (minimum 2:1).
- 1+ years full time work experience would be preferred, and if this is in either a client service, customer success, support or analyst type role that would be even better.
- Want to learn about the investment industry, empowering personal knowledge.
- A client focussed and collaborative team-player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to consult with a range of professional personas, up to and including executive level.
