Are you interested in joining a growing boutique advisory house in London?
I am currently working with a global M&A advisory house who are specialists in advising knowledge economy entrepreneurs. The firm have built an excellent track record over the past 15 years as one of the leading houses within the space and have strong networks in both the US and Europe. They differentiate themselves by being a true specialist who has significant domain expertise and connections across markets and buyers.
The firm have advised on transactions in a variety of industries such as technology services & outsourcing, management consulting, engineering consulting & services, human capital management, enterprise software and marketing, communications & information services. They have dedicated buy and sell-side teams who execute deals in the mid-market.
Currently, they are expanding their sell-side M&A team through the hires of candidates ranging from Analyst II up to Associate II level. The role will be situated as part of a small team meaning you will be integrated quickly and have a lot of responsibility early on in your career with the business. You can expect to work on market research & analysis, preparing reports, preparing & delivering pitches, executing modelling and having consistent contact with clients & counterparties.

- Existing M&A deal execution experience is critical, working as part of either another boutique, accountancy firm or investment bank
- 2-4 years of post-graduate experience
- Excellent technical skills such as modelling, valuation and analysis
- Interest in working with innovative businesses and entrepreneurs
