Bruin are searching for a Senior Equity Analyst (Financials) to join our client a renowned provider of financial planning and investment management services.

The Analyst will work closely with the Deputy Head of Equity Research. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Global Financials (including Banks, Diversified Financials, and Life Insurance). In time, the function will also encompass other industries where prior knowledge is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to ad-hoc requests from the CBAM Investment Teams on queries relating to Equity Research (including wider equity research projects, alongside sector and stock requests).
• Communicate clearly at the regular investment forums (i.e. Morning Meeting, Stock Meeting and Equity Committee) on relevant news flow and stock and sector updates, as and when appropriate.
• Cover allocated equity sectors of responsibility and companies within them. Sector coverage: Global Financials and other sectors.
• Carry out internal presentations and meetings for the CBAM Investment Teams as required
• Communicate clearly, in written and verbal form, the recommendation on each company covered and periodically provide updates on existing coverage stocks that are held within client portfolios, as and when appropriate
