Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Coordinator - Presentation/Data Operations is a member of the Institutional Product and Presentations team which collaborates with our business partners to provide exceptional marketing collateral promoting Columbia Threadneedle Investments capabilities and products. The team's focus is the production of the firm's sales presentations and quarterly reports in support of standard production, on demand collateral, and meetings-based needs. This position will work with the performance and analytics team, marketing managers, and product teams to implement quarterly updates and troubleshoot data discrepancies for our standard presentation and meeting specific collateral. This position does not currently manage individuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce quarterly retail and institutional materials for presentations.
• Extensive MS PowerPoint, Excel, and content management system (Seismic) work related to fund performance and characteristics updates.
• Ability to coordinate input and reviews from multiple parties.
• Track and manage multiple deadlines.
• Manage data integrity and consistency across collateral.
• Run and update returns-based characteristics using multiple sources and programs for inclusion in all equity and fixed
• income presentations.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing Managers, Performance Analytics Group, and other business partners within the organization regarding the quantitative elements of production.
• Regularly communicate with marketing stakeholders to provide timely and relevant status updates for materials.

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience within a field related to marketing, finance, or data management.
• 3-5 years of experience with marketing, data analysis, and/or reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel essential.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Poise and self-confidence to successfully interact, in a professional manner, with senior members of the organization.
• Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and shift priorities as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and implement brand standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or knowledge of the financial industry.
• Database and coding skills.
• Interest in and understanding of data analytics.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and SQL queries.
