Your new role
As a Branch Manager you will be:
- Responsible for overall operation and performance of the branch, including sales management, performance management, service and compliance.
- Initiating and driving change in the network by improving the best practices, employee engagement and emphasizing a customer focused culture.
- Responsible for all the coaching and leading the team to create an environment of ongoing learning and development.
- Setting and achieving Branch volume growth targets and driving products and portfolio growth.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in previous leading, coaching and management experience within a Retail Branch or Area Management environment.
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue growth and sales targets.
- Must have strong experience in creating new relationships and Business Development Acumen.

- Great understanding of financial services operations, compliance and audit requirements of a Retail Branch
- The ability to identify customer needs, with a strong desire in learning new products and services.
