Executive Director, Head of Projects (Compliance), Banking

Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Technology based in Singapore, you will provide leadership and technology solutions specializing in Enterprise Technology; covering Compliance function

As the lead, you will be partnering closely with the various function leaders to design, implement and lead a technology roadmap strategy for the business.

You will advise senior leaders on technology trends and establish digital strategy as a business-technology conduit, and establish systems that facilitate data analytics. You will also manage a portfolio of projects and develop a digital project portfolio and manage the IT development and operation risk.

You will also be responsible for managing portfolio of projects and developing a digital project portfolio and roll-out plans

To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree

- More than 15 years of relevant experience

- MUST HAVE:

(a) Strong understanding in Compliance and/or Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC),

(b) Strong Technology platform experience: Actimize and Detica

(c) Strong Technology platform experience: IBM BAW, K2 and Blue Prism for Workflow

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
