In this role, you will:
  • Lead the Asset Class Lead for Alternative Investments within Global Manager Research
  • Manage a team of Investment Research Analysts in the Alternative space
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for investment decision-making, investment analysis, investment communication, and sales processes
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Retail Investment Research team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures and compliance requirements
  • Lead and prioritize investment communication initiatives, and frequently represent the firm to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, clients and prospects
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Retail Investment Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience working with Alternative Investment Strategies
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Knowledge and understanding of investment research, portfolio analysis or quantitative finance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation


Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
