In this role, you will:
- Lead the Asset Class Lead for Alternative Investments within Global Manager Research
- Manage a team of Investment Research Analysts in the Alternative space
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers
- Identify and recommend opportunities for investment decision-making, investment analysis, investment communication, and sales processes
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Retail Investment Research team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures and compliance requirements
- Lead and prioritize investment communication initiatives, and frequently represent the firm to clients and prospects
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, clients and prospects
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Retail Investment Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience

- 3+ years' experience working with Alternative Investment Strategies
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Knowledge and understanding of investment research, portfolio analysis or quantitative finance
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or demonstrated progress toward the designation
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
