We are currently working with an Asset Management firm who specialise in offering a broad range of investment products and solutions designs to help meet client goals. They are one of the most prominent firms in the retail banking space, this has allowed them to leverage their expertise in financial markets to develop a highly successful management arm for corporate clients and HNW/UHNW individuals.

Role:

The firm are looking to onboard a Lead Software Engineer and offer them the chance to take immediate ownership over their flagship product that provides real time analytics solutions to their clients, you will be keen to aid the development of junior team members.

Furthermore, you will gain the opportunity to be a key contributor to further iterations of the platform and its upscaling.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users internally and externally to create a bespoke solution through technical expertise.
• Take ownership of the current software estate while being a driver for coding quality and high standards.
• Gain and develop skills from a fast-paced investment environment while working to resolve complex challenges.
• Mentor junior members of the team of best technology practices.
