Key Responsibility Areas
  • Conduct Flow/Exotic Trading business across China, Hong Kong and APAC region
  • Trade Flow/Exotic Products and P&L generation, including products of index and single stock options and derivatives
  • Work with Sales and Structuring to provide solutions and pricing for equity derivatives and structured products, and execute these trades in an efficient manner.
  • Manage day to day risk of transactions for the existing trading strategies in the flow/exotic desk
  • Work with Technology, Operation, Product Control, Quant Strategists and Risk Management team in relation to trade issues and development plans
  • Develop and participate in trading strategies, position and risk monitoring tools

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s).
  • Good understandings of vanilla, and exotic/flow products for equities
  • 3-10 years' relevant working experiences in equity derivatives trading from leading international or Chinese investment banks
  • Strong coding and technical skills, since a lot of the work would be to continue the effort to build up our systems
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Ability to think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk and operations
  • Attention to details, accuracy and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese (including Mandarin Chinese)
