Director of Asset Management, Real Estate Lending

We are looking to recruit a full time Asset Management Director focusing on valuation and transactions across real estate debt based in their London office. Key requirements and expectations of the role will include.

• Assist with the high level analysis of new lending opportunities including the preparation of cashflows at both a property and portfolio level.
• Undertake initial due diligence and property risk analysis with recourse to external advisors and databases.
• Preparation of initial Investment/ Credit reports and recommendations.
• Progressing second phase due diligence including the appointment of advisers and preparing final credit recommendations
• Co-ordinate with external advisers including lawyers, valuers and building surveyors to ensure the effective implementation of the above.
• Manage execution and ensure the smooth handover to the Loan Servicing team.
• Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Credit.
