Head of Data Services Technology SVP

The Head of Data Services Technology will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the portfolio of data from core State Street and Investment Services. The individual will help navigate and accelerate the data modernization strategies and roadmaps across business functions.

Experience:

• Deep expertise and proven track record in leading and delivering on enterprise scale portfolio in data solutions, investment analytics, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise data management.
• Experience in Financial Services industry in the areas of Accounting, Custody and Investment Performance and Analytics required.
• Proven ability to build out green field cloud native solutions with a clear and optimistic vision for what's possible and what can be iteratively delivered. Demonstrated ability to execute with urgency and pragmatism in the current environment.
• Experience leading large multifunctional workstreams to drive data strategy and application transformation delivering business value like risk reduction, resilience, simplification, reuse, reduced cost of ownership and reduced operating cost.
• Proven experience in managing the alignment of data strategy across business functions and driving value-add solutions for large-scale business challenges and complex data problems.
• Able to represent State Street's data strategy and architecture at internal and external forums.
• Demonstrated track record of developing a robust talent agenda that will attract, retain, and develop new talent as required.
• Responsible for overall solution, technology delivery and quality assurance functions.
