Corporate Credit Investment Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will help to leverage data sources to help the investment teams better manage risk and identify new investment strategies
• Work as an embedded analyst as part of the investment portfolio team
• Extract data from both proprietary and vendor sources for investment analysis
• Oversee the data collection that drives investment strategies and trading signals
• Manage the accuracy of the investment data and create data visualizations that can support investment ideas and identify risks
• Develop market knowledge and expertise that will contribute to trade and investment recommendations
• Gather and prepare investment performance and risk reports for senior management
• Provide quantitative analysis that will support the investment decision process

Requirements:

• Quantitative Degree, CFA, or Master's is preferred
• 2+ years of fixed-income investment experience (corporate credit a plus)
• Must have solid Python and SQL programming skills.
• Nice to have: Matlab, or R
• Must have very strong data management skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a time-sensitive trading room
• Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Resident Visa
