Vice President 1/2 (Multiple Openings) (Menlo Park, CA) for Evercore Partners Services East LLC to execute strategic & corporate fin'l objectives for clients in the technology sector, incl potential public offerings of debt & equity securities, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & private equity investments. Reqs Bach's deg in Business Admin, Economics, Finance or related field of study, & 5 yrs of exp in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side. Will accept Master's deg & 3 yrs of exp in lieu of Bach's deg & 5 yrs of exp. Exp specified must incl 5 yrs of exp (or 3 yr of exp if Master's deg) w/ each of the following: deal structuring & closing principals; research, explaining mkt events utilizing quantitative & analytical skills; MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); fin'l modeling; utilizing general acctg & finance principles; Bloomberg, FactSet, SNL/S&P Global; research resources such as The Deal Mergermarket, Debtwire, Wall Street Journal & other industry publications.
