SEI is seeking to hire a Risk Analyst to working with our Head of Risk and the wider Risk team to be integral in the day to day achievement of objectives, to include maintenance of the risk policies and procedures and others related documentation and associated business reporting to the functional business lines within SEI Europe. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do:

› Help to review and regularly update all risk related policies, procedures and other relevant documents that make up the SIEL Risk Management Framework (RMF).

› Work with the risk team in the preparation of materials for risk related forums and committee meetings.

› Assist the business on the reporting and quantification of incidents, as well as assisting with the alignment to their risk and control self-assessment (RCSA).

› Assisting the first line of defence in adhering to all relevant aspects of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

› Helping to define and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI's)/Metrics.

› Assist with independent thematic reviews.

› Independent review of risks recorded across individual RCSAs against the individual and entity level risk tolerances.

› Perform demonstrable and defensible credible challenge of the first line of defence on their measurement of their risk exposure.

› Assisting the business define, mitigate & challenge project risks, and advising and challenging product related risks as presented to the New or Amended Business Committee/Product Services Committee.

› All SIEL employees are responsible for the identification, assessment and control of risks and risk events. Employees will maintain a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and or business unit, and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

What we need from you:

› Demonstrable experience of risk management within financial services

› Experience reviewing and writing policies and procedures

› Advanced technical knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint/Word; some knowledge of Access
