About Forefront Advisers

Politics matters more than ever.

Forefront Advisers is a political advisory firm. We help clients understand and navigate political developments impacting the regulatory environment in which they operate across the UK and Europe. We provide forward looking insight via regular briefing notes, consultations with our analyst team, and via our series of regular events (webinars, briefing calls, in person roundtables etc).

Our team of experts are drawn from the highest level of politics and have advised heads of government, ministers as well as key decision makers in capitals across Europe.

We work with many of the biggest names in the financial services industry.

The role:

Forefront Advisers was formed in March 2021. After a period of strong growth we are looking for a Business Development Executive to help further expand our client base, with a focus on the UK market.

Team culture:

The Executive will join a small, dynamic business development team, working closely with Partners and Directors in a collaborative environment. Individual team members work hard and collaboratively to hit or even to exceed revenue goals. We are focused on the collective win and celebrate individual and team success together.

We are an international, hybrid team. The role will be London based with a high degree of remote work. We are therefore looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a remote environment and can work autonomously and in a team.

The responsibilities:

● Identify and contact prospective clients, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.

● Generate leads and schedule quality visits with top-tier contacts through outreach, attending networking events, conferences, use of your own network etc.

● Work with Partners to prepare and lead pitches and introductory calls.

● Preparing proposals, handling negotiation processes and closing opportunities.

● Keeping sales pipeline up to date and managing user access (Salesforce).

● Assist with UK events coordinated by the business development team.

The person:

● 5+ years of experience of outbound B2B sales and generating new business, preferably within the Financial Services industry.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong client service ethic.

● Proactive team player who can use their own initiative to develop a strong pipeline, whilst supporting wider colleagues in a collaborative environment.

● Exposure to Salesforce or other CRMs.

● Proven success in hitting and/or achieving revenue targets and quotas.

● Commercial skills and business acumen.

● Interest in politics is a plus.

● 28 days' paid leave plus bank holidays, pension plan, discretionary bonus and competitive pay.

● Normal working hours 9am - 6pm.

● Complimentary Employee Assistance Programme and Dr Care Anywhere (private online GP).

● Access to a full social and cultural calendar and employee wellness programmes.

● Opportunity to travel to the Brussels office and to connect at least quarterly with other team members.

● Team away days hosted in various cities around Europe.
