Financial Analyst - Customer Facing //Renowned Real Estate comp

Are you looking for that next step into a commercially focused role supporting key aspects of an incredibly prestigious, renowned, and exciting real estate company with a varied portfolio as a Finance Analyst?

This opportunity is a 50/50 split between a newly created customer-focused team, whilst the other half is stepping into an existing area of the business supporting the Commercial Finance Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to work within a unique and distinguished company.

Role:

This role is split between providing insight on financial performance to an exciting and high-profile area of the portfolio, with the other part of the role being placed in a newly created team working closely with the customer side of the business.

This would include providing insightful financial modelling and analysis in support of new customer propositions, developing business cases for new leasing projects, business partnering with non-financial areas of the business, and working on multiple ad hoc projects with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a driven and hard-working ACCA, ACA, CIMA OR Equivalent Qualified individual.

Salary:

£55k - £60k + Bonus & Benefits
