Head of Asset Management, Investment Management platform

- Lead a team of asset managers and development managers in executing the various asset management proceeses, asset enhancement processes, portfolio management and financial reporting.

- Analyse relevant market and demographic research, preparing market updates and project analysis, including trends, competition reports, positioning and marketing strategy.

- Set up pre-leasing/ leasing strategy, and pre-sales/ sales strategy and oversees the successful implementation of various strategy and target setting.

- Lead and supervise the development and positioning of the office, retail, hospitality and logistic asset management activitities.

- Establish and manage relationships with external real estate agencies and other external parties to execute company strategies with regard to asset management activities.

- Responsible for budget control, rental collection, income protection, and daily operation.

- Oversees contract negotiations and tenant management.

- Manage the asset management and project development team to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

- Assist in the acquisition and divestment due diligence process and ensure smooth transactions of each deal undertaken.
