AVP/ Associate, Internal Control and Compliance REF2022004

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, formulating, evaluating and rolling out the company risk management, compliance and internal control framework, policies, procedures and guidelines
Conduct periodic review of the above mentioned framework, policies, procedures and guidelines
Assist in enforcing, managing and enhancing the in-house risk management, compliance and control infrastructure
Conduct risk control checking over business and operation, risk analysis and assessment to monitor major risk factors and report on regulatory irregularities and potential compliance risks
Compile management reports on risk management and compliance related areas
Prepare and provide support to the Risk Management Committee meeting and other committee meetings relevant to risk management, internal control and compliance of the Company
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Master/ University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Risk Management subject
At least 5 years or above experiences in internal control and compliance, preferably in financial and banking industry
Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure
Possess strong analytical skill, report writing skill and good presentation skill
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
Self-motivated; can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong financial and banking industry and the China fixed income market will be a plus
