Due to a healthy growth in Asia, our client, who is a Global Asset Manager with strong roots in ESG, is seeking to appoint a new Sales Support headcount within their Asia institutional distribution team. You will be responsible for supporting the senior salespersons based in Singapore, handling client queries and supporting regional team on sales related initiatives. Sitting in a lean team, you will enjoy a good strong collaborative team culture and a meaningful engagement with external clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take care of all requests and queries coming from institutional clients in close co-operation with internal stakeholders
- Look after all sales supportive tasks e.g. RFPs/DDQ coordination; new client onboarding; account opening; coordinate ongoing KYC/AML for existing clients and assist the Sales teams in various client events/roadshows
- Co-ordinate client distribution contracts, Operation memorandums and account set ups with the Transfer Agency & Compliance Department
The right candidate will come with 1-4 years of experience ideally in institutional distribution sales support; investment consulting houses, or other support functions such as RFP writing or Client Service/ Sales Support. You will have strong communication skills and believe in team work.
