Chief Financial Officer | Tech / Events | London | £100-120k plus bonus & benefits
An exciting, growing technology and events company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will take the finance function to the next step and support the Founder with driving the growth of the organisation. This Chief Financial Officer is a key strategic hire for the organisation and will play a fundamental role in supporting the Founder and other key departments with achieving their strategic growth objectives and continuing to expand internationally. The Chief Financial Officer will report to the Founder and lead a team of 4 people with room to expand the team over time.
The Chief Financial Officer will act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to provide them with financial and commercial support, produce & manager their budgets, provide financial analysis & modelling to inform investment decisions and work on an extremely broad range of projects.
This is equally an amazing opportunity for a first time CFO or FD or someone with previous 'No 1' experience under their belt to truly influence the growth of an exciting company. The business has an established client portfolio and range of products & services but are continually looking to expand on that and launch new products. The Chief Financial Officer will provide the financial support behind all of these key decisions.
The ideal profile would be a audit trained accountant (ACA / CA / ACCA or equivalent) with experience working in a smaller growing organisation. This individual must be willing to roll their sleeves up and 'muck in' where necessary as is the nature of an entrepreneurial environment.
