An exciting opportunity to join the Quilter Central Risk Team, supporting a wide variety of risk reporting, systems, and oversight activities. The role holder will have the opportunity to develop skills in broader areas including the oversight of ESG and climate-related risk and emerging risks analysis and reporting.
Following the implementation of our new Integrated Risk Management (IRM) system across the organisation, this role will also be central to the development of our reporting and analytics capability and the digitalisation of the risk function to take risk management at Quilter to the next level.

Our Risk Information & Reporting Specialist will have the following responsibilities in this position,
Emerging risk analysis and reporting: ownership of the emerging risk register for Quilter, researching new emerging risk topics, engaging with stakeholders around the business, facilitating discussions and assessment of action plans and preparing reports to the Quilter Executive Risk Forum and Board Risk Committee.
ESG and Climate-Related Risk oversight: business partnering the responsible wealth management team and other key Quilter stakeholders to provide 2nd line oversight and challenge to Quilter's management of climate-related risk, including progress with our climate strategy action plans, emissions reduction targets and regulatory disclosures. Also working closely with 2nd line specialists within Affluent on oversight of ESG propositions.
Risk Reporting: supporting a variety of risk reporting activities, including preparation of the quarterly CRO reports, Letter of Representation process (policy attestations, risk culture assessments, etc), input to risk elements of public disclosures and analysis of risk data to determine themes and highlight areas of focus/improvement.
Risk Systems: development of reporting analytics initiatives using Power BI and Excel to fully leverage IRM data and support delivery of our risk function digitalisation strategy, support other change projects associated with the IRM system and provide general support, maintenance, and training in relation to the IRM system.
