Senior Product Development - Private Markets and Listed Equity - London

Key Activities

Working in partnership across the product team, investment teams, and distribution teams to drive innovation and lead new product ideas from inception to launch
Oversee market, industry and client in-depth trend analysis and interpretation
Ability and passion for working in an innovative environment, across inclusive teams in a collaborative way
Financial modeling and analysis of the market, to provide robust evidence and business case for new funds
Take products through Investment Committee and Executive Committee for approval
Perform independent research as requested and present findings
Manage and implement project plans for taking new funds to market
Working closely with Investor Relations, Distribution and Marketing Teams

Experience

Degreed level, and good academics
Ability to put together cohesive research using external sources and present findings in a coherent manner
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
Experience in private markets, across either real estate, private equity or infrastructure, and ideally public markets
Ability to be a self-starter and manage complex implementation plans for new product launches
Thorough knowledge and the ability to analyse key competitors and the competitive environment
Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships across the industry at a senior level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working understanding of the product strategy and development lifecycle and experience managing highly complex.
