Your tasks include:
  • Defining and implementing a forward-looking team structure, exceling as hiring manager, planning, and executing team succession, and developing staff into senior functions in accordance with the long-term vision for each team member and the appropriate management of under-performers
  • Implementing, reviewing, and ensuring the team's adherence to the Cell's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), undertaking appropriate adjustments to capacity, resources, and quality controls
  • Proactively recommend improvements to the setup and service catalogue of the team and Client Reporting in close coordination with other Client Reporting Team Heads, the Product Management leadership team, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the timely and error-free execution of your team's assigned service catalogue
  • Identifying risks for Client Reporting and implementing safeguards on a timely basis
  • Leading Business Unit-relevant projects
  • Undertaking root cause analysis of errors and implementing preventive measures in accordance with the Quality Assurance Directive
  • Regular dialogue with and influencing Cell Leaders, Business Department management, and clients, confidently representing Client Reporting towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Building a high performing team alongside continuously improving client reporting processes that generate efficiencies
  • Contributing insightful suggestions to management discussions that help shape critical business decisions
  • Promoting business changes at all times, acting as a role model who lives, and sparks Partners Group's values and inspires others to do the same

What we expect
  • Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance with at least 12 years of relevant work experience in people, process, and business development in a multinational setting
  • Relevant experiences in change management and Lean methodologies are advantages
  • Exposure to Private Equity is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
