Compliance Analyst (Italian Speaker)

Duties:

• Review and edit marketing communications including Regulatory and Financial Promotions in line with current guidelines and procedure, in both English and Italian
• Review Documents for the Private Market and Equity Funds, Infrastructure etc against Regulatory Requirements
• Prepare Client Reports and Templates
• Experience in the review of marketing communications relating to UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) and AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)
• Experience in compliance function or similar internal control function, or Financial Conduct Authority Regulations
• An Understanding of Regulatory Frameworks and Risks
• Ideally has used AdMaster but training can be provided
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Excellent Team Player
