Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sourcing and analysing potential investments, including the underwriting and building financial models
- Preparing investment decision materials for senior leadership
- Conducting due diligence and coordinating the transaction process including interacting with external advisers and collaborating with jv partners
- Supporting transaction structing
- Overseeing the preparation of marketing materials and market research
- Leading and supervising the contribution of investment analysts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education level: undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record
- Seeking minimum of three years relevant real estate investment experience as an Analyst
- Background could include real estate private, institutional real estate investors or asset managers or real estate corporate finance
- Interest in value-add or opportunistic investing
- Ideally have experience across several real estate jurisdictions and asset classes
- Advanced financial modelling is critical to success - must be able to build models from scratch
- Candidate should be highly numerate, have excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
- Ability to work well in diverse teams in a fast-paced and stimulating environment
- Language skills: English (required), other languages highly desirable
- Working in a fast-paced environment, in a small team with a flat hierarchy
