Job Description:
Requirements:
- Formulate and review the credit risk strategies and policies for ESG and supervise its implementation;
- Developing, implementing and monitoring ESG related projects
- Perform due diligence for new ESG finance products
- Coordinate audit and regulatory examinations.
- Deliver training to satisfy the needs of relevant parties
- Handle other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Banking and Finance, Risk Management, Economics, preferably with ESG related qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in credit risk management, preferably with ESG experience
- Sophisticated understanding of regulatory requirements in banking ESG and credit risk management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Independent, self-motive and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
