Senior Investment Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the existing fund activities of the SEA team where you will be assisting the Funds management and Finance areas of the business in decision making, via analysis to maximise the performance of its managed funds/ventures while minimising risk to its managed funds.

You will identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, manage deal origination and divestment considerations. This includes all aspects of transaction due diligence, transaction management and closing process. You will be developing financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, IRR analysis to assess and support investment decisions.

You will conduct research, review and evaluate real estate sectors market trends, monitor and compile industry, market and asset level data and financial information, formulate and recommend investment strategies. You will prepare investment teasers, investment papers and all presentation material for investment committee and investor paper approvals.

You will assist in business development, divestments, capital raising and other investment activities, investor communication including queries as well as preparation and review of regular investor reports. You will develop the investment, asset management and leasing strategies, including the initial and subsequent preparation of asset plans and budgets.

You will monitor asset financial, operational and portfolio performance, loan covenants, perform asset analytics, review variances, recommend initiatives and involved in any adhoc matters.

Requirements

You possess a degree from reputable educational institution with at least 8 years' experience in a real estate firm. You are numerical savvy with advanced financial modelling for investments. You have exposure to Direct Real Estate and experience in fund management position will be held in high regards.
