Qualifications
- Be self-motivated and build a client network in North America to achieve the fundraising results.
- Assess product ideas and submit relevant proposals on new products or product modifications based on market trends and client feedback.
- Assist the coverage of external asset managers and provide the post-investment feedback to the due diligence team.
- Provide product research, training and enhance product knowledge of frontline staff
- Keep abreast of the market evolvement, industry development, market trend and regulatory requirements changes
Knowledge
- A profound knowledge of different financial products
- Good sense to the demands of different types of clients in the region
- Familiar with relevant rules, regulations and market practice applicable to overseas market
Skills and Abilities
- An entrepreneur with strong business and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Able to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders in different countries
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese is preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector with strong product development experience
- Master degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline from prestigious universities
