Who we are looking for
State Street's Global Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Division is seeking an Application Development & Support Manager.

What you will be responsible for
As IAM Support staff, you will

  • Development & Support of 10 Global Cybersecurity platforms, a combination of both vendor and State Street proprietary.
  • Team consists of both employees and contractors.
  • Platform Technologies span Cloud, Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, and other legacy technologies.
  • Consult with business product owners and delivery managers to troubleshoot and drive solutions to operational issues.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and functional teams to drive long-term strategic projects, and ensure key issues are resolved in a timely manner and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Provide subject matter technical domain expertise in addressing complex production issues that encompass a wide range of internal and external systems, components, and processes.
  • Support internal and external Audit reviews, and work with delivery and operational leads to provide timely information.
  • Collaborate with teams (consisting of both managed services vendors and in-house support teams, Software Quality Assurance, Business Users, etc.) in different time zones to continuously improve operation efficiency by automation and build effective support knowledge base
  • Improve resiliency of all platforms.
  • Drive re-platforming/re-writing of legacy technology components.
  • Drive server and software required upgrades.
  • Should be flexible with working hours to support the project when the business need arises.
  • Should be comfortable to work in global and culturally diverse teams spanning multiple time zones
  • Create/enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that governs vendor Level 1/2 Support resources.
  • Provide timely updates of issues to manager and other interested parties.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or engineering.
  • 10+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Exhibit integrity and ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and software development common practices
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player, ethical, self-driven and self-motivated, goal and results oriented.
  • Experience in building, managing diverse geographically located teams and championing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in support or implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) products. For example, Active Directory, LDAP

Technical Skills

  • Understanding in designing and trouble-shooting high performing, low latency distributed enterprise applications using Java/J2EE
  • Hands on experience with web applications and programing language such as Java,HTML5,CSS3, XML, JavaScript, GWT, React JS and Node JS
  • Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell/batch scripting.
  • Strong database SQL experience in Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL Server database environment, Familiar with SQL objects such as index, trigger, stored procedure and proficient in complex SQL query writing.
  • Experience with State Street PaaS, IaaS+ Private Cloud Framework.
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE, Visual Studio code, GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins.
  • Experience in Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk monitoring tools.

Additional Preferred Experience
  • Vendor software experience such as ServiceNow, Azure/AWS Cloud, Voice Biometric, Courion Password Reset, Workday
