Who we are looking for
State Street is seeking an outstanding GCS Cyber Fusion Service Delivery manager, Vice President with extensive experience managing complex, cross functional initiatives. This role will work with technical cybersecurity specialists to define and complete service initiatives for their organization, This includes defining the scope, security service value, creating and managing functional and technical delivery plans, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and on-time completion to delivery milestones.
This role can potentially be performed fully remote from home within US or in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As GCS Cyber Fusion Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
• Working with Cyber Fusion leadership, vendors, and service delivery teams to define, plan and delivery new and existing initiatives aligned to Cyber Fusion strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring critical stakeholder satisfaction by making sure the work delivered matches defined success criteria and internal standards of excellence.
• Defining priorities managing all stages of the service delivery lifecycle including - planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases
• Serving as the primary point of contact for during the delivery lifecycle to manage project health/scope, facilitate feedback, discuss project status and deliver reporting, as needed.
• Setup and work within GTS and Cyber Fusion framework to enable workflow, time tracking, document repositories, and aggregated stakeholder feedback.
• Creating a happy, calm, and confident atmosphere by planning for contingencies, surfacing risk in advance, and raising the flag before problems arise.
• Understand teammates' schedules and scope of work to harmonize with initiative allocations, workload, and ensure alignment with service delivery schedules and reporting
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and strategies from inception through delivery.
• Clearly delineate success criteria, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot risks or dependencies before they derail delivery
• Ensuring the agreed service objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
• Developing strong, engaging project team relationships that foster partnership and growth.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of technically-oriented initiative or project experience
• PMP certified
• Cybersecurity certifications a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
• Experience in set up and use of MS Teams, Sharepoint, JIRA, and Clarity a plus
Additional requirements
• Demonstrable ability to mitigate risk and lead successful service delivery initiatives
