Manager, Fund and Investment Operations

The firm is seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager, Fund and Investments Operations who ensures the successful execution and management of day-to-day operational processes for a growing platform of public equity fund vehicle offerings, both directly and through the work of other team members. These offerings include:

• Irish domiciled UCITS umbrella and 5+ sub-funds

• Cayman and Delaware master and feeder private funds

• Collective Investment Trusts (CITs)

• US 1940 Act mutual fund

The Manager, Fund and Investment Operations plays an important role in assisting the Director, Investment Operations in developing, managing, prioritizing, and implementing operational plans related to the firm's different fund vehicle offerings, consistent with the firm's strategic objectives and decisions.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Executing reviews of daily or monthly produced NAVs. Setting up, reviewing, and obtaining approval of fee structures, rebate calculations, expense budgets, expense allocation and payment;

• Leading the annual audit and financial statement reporting by fulfilling and reviewing data requests and responding to auditor inquiries associated with these vehicles;

• Preparing and reviewing fund related money movements such as fee payments, tax payments, etc.;

• Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating with global custodians and internal partners on the execution of varying global market documentation, such as-custodian account opening documentation for fund vehicles and submission and maintenance of global tax forms;

• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the public investing fund platform offerings of the firm;

• Collaborating and developing a strong partnership with internal business partners such as portfolio management, trading and portfolio implementation, client relations, compliance, legal, and our private equity finance and operations teams;

• Overseeing, developing, and implementing controls that ensure adherence to service level agreements and fund offering documents for outsourced third party service providers such as custodians, fund administrators, trustees, managed services, and other third-party service providers;

• Adapting and evolving our processes to support current and future business needs;

• Evolving the Fund and Investment Operations Manager role in partnership with the Director, Investment Operations to offer value added support for internal business partners;

Requirements:

• 7 - 10+ years of fund accounting or fund administration experience within the asset management industry;

• Public equity investment industry and associated vehicle experience;

• Ability to develop and learn new and existing systems and processes. High proficiency in MS products and Advent APX.

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
