Client Service Administrator

Zeke Capital Advisors, LLC (ZCA), is an independent multi-family office that serves as the investment arm to a select group of clients.  The firm is located in Berwyn, PA.

ZCA is currently looking to add a Client Portfolio Analyst (CPA) to its team.  The CPA will report day-to-day to the Head of Client Portfolio Management.  This “hands-on” position is an opportunity to become part of a growing and entrepreneurial firm. 

The day-to-day responsibility of this position helps support the client portfolio management team by assisting with trading, portfolio rebalancing, money movement transactions, new client onboarding, performance reporting and ad-hoc requests.  This position will also assist in supporting the business development process around data gathering and client presentations.

 

Candidate works well in small team environment, is an excellent communicator, and possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Primary responsibilities:

  • New Account Set-ups Money movement activity such as wires, journals, transfers, etc. Organization of electronic client and vendor data on the network. Perform validation checks to daily, monthly and quarterly tasks. Assist with creation of monthly/quarterly performance reporting. Occasional client contact via incoming phone calls and email. Ongoing account maintenance requiring timely and accurate data entry.            Other duties/tasks as directed by Head of Client Portfolio Management.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in gaining experience within an investment management company. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven accuracy with detail work and ability to meet deadlines are required. Desire/ability to work in a small team, small company environment. Familiarity with portfolio management software like BlackDiamond, Schwab Advisor Center, eMoney is a plus.
