Corporate Finance Manager, M&A - Top Tier Corporate Bank

Your new company
Our client is a leading Corporate Bank and is committed in expanding its business within the APAC region. Currently they are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager team in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Originate and execute corporate and acquisition finance deals across Asia Pacific and be a key pillar in the development in M&A deals
• Conduct credit analysis and financial modelling
• Prepare and draft pitch books and credit memos
• Collaborate with frontline business and market research teams to identify clients' needs and analyse potential market trends to assist with structuring the deal

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree Business or Finance related
• Holders with CFA and CPA are highly preferred
• 5 years of experience in originating and executing corporate finance / acquisition finance / leverage buyout LBO finance is a must
• Strong financial modelling experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
• (Candidates with big 4 financial modelling experience will also be considered for Associate level)
