VP of Investments, Real Estate

Our client, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a VP of Investments to join their fast-paced business.

In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of Investments and be part of a dynamic team, taking ownership of conducting research and analysis on strategic investment as well as divestment opportunities in the real estate sector. You will be part of the strategic team making critical investments decisions to gear the business to the next level. You will perform in-depth analysis on deal strategic rationale as well as develop detailed financial models for investment and divestment targets. You will perform the full end-to-end mergers and acquisitions process from sourcing, valuation, financial assessment, financial due diligence, structuring of deals, negotiation as well as integration. You will also work with internal stakeholders as well as counterparties in whole deal process.

This role will suit someone who is strategic as well as willing to be hands-on. A suitable candidate will have at least a Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance with a CFA qualifications and minimum 10 years of experience in valuation, due diligence and M&A environment. Real estate sector experience will be highly preferred.
