Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist in formulate effective strategies and business plans to achieve the desired business goals of the department
- Design the Key Performance Index scorecard for frontline staff and formulate sales target
- Provide management information to facilitate product strategy formulation, portfolio tracking and new business opportunities identification
- Develop MIS and drive business growth by providing analysis of result and reporting key metrics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of system projects
- Carry out ad hoc or other projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree or above with at least 3 year relevant experience in banking industry
- Strong financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel VBA is a plus) and Chinese input method
