The Head of Sales is supported by an Investor Relations Manager - this is a +1 hire to support the IR manager, whilst also receiving training / learning from the fundraiser who has 20yrs+ experience. The new hire will take ownership of some tasks away from the current IR specialist - those tasks are predominately focused on reporting, analysis and project management. You will take control of the firm's newly launched CRM and should be comfortable managing very large sets of data. The hire will also manage the firm's PR efforts. The hire can also expect to sit in on a weekly meeting with the sales & investment teams, offering input / thoughts / analysis.
The role has direct internal progression into either an Investor Relations Manager role, or into a marketing / asset raising role within 2yrs.
Candidates should have 2-5years experience in a high paced, dynamic work environment. We are relatively flexible on background, but strong experience in a role with a close association to a marketing / IR / sales support function is preferred. A strong academic profile is a requirement.
The role is paying up to a 70k base salary and a very strong bonus component for a top performer. Every employee at the firm receives equity in current / future fund launches that should typically be highly lucrative in 5yrs+.
