Requirements
- Participate in origination and execution of merger and acquisition transactions
- Prepare financial planning and analysis, presentation materials, financial models, pitch books, and due diligence
- Support business head with marketing planning for pitching
- Maintain relationship with M&A clients
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or related disciplines
- Strong financial modelling skills with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English
