We are looking for Interns to join us in our Paris office for 6 months starting from January and March 2023.
The Opportunity - Macquarie Capital
As an intern within the MacCap France team, you will support and assist the French team in analysing potential investments opportunities (valuation, business planning, market analysis, due diligence support), as well as originating new potential transactions (information research, targets identification, etc.), in particular covering the energy and infrastructure sectors. Subject to deal flow, the intern will also have the opportunity assist the team in the execution of live transactions (acquisition and / or divestments of assets).
About you
We are looking for motivated students in final year or gap year of a top business or engineering school (or equivalent), with a major in Finance. A first experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, leveraged finance or audit, is required.
Excellent language skills in both French and English are required.
