Who we are looking for
State Street seeks to recruit a Vice President, Cyber Fusion Business Operations Manager to drive the design and development of a cyber security metrics and administrative reporting program. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of metrics-driven reporting practices and is able to articulate a clear story to a wide range of audiences using complex data and information.

This role will partner with Global Cyber Security (GCS) Office of the CISO, GCS leaders and other various stakeholders to drive insights and accountability through the identification and implementation of key metrics, reports, and dashboards. This role can potentially be performed fully remote from home within the US.

What you will be responsible for
As Cyber Fusion Portfolio Leader you will

  • Create a Cyber Fusion Business Operations function. This will include the development of Business Operations service charter, service definition and target operating model
  • Define and implement standardized reporting methodology (tools, templates, and processes) to drive the development and adoption of timely and effective communication of Cyber Fusion metrics across various levels of the organization

  • Provide analyses that will drive discussion and inform Cyber Fusion daily operations, tactical activities, strategic planning, and risk management

  • Conduct executive level presentations and briefings discuss trends, recommendations, and necessary actions

  • Oversee the development, communication and execution of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews in support of Cyber Fusion Strategy and Business Operations organization

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to with Global Cyber Security Metrics, Strategy and Planning, GCS leaders and other various stakeholders to continuously refresh and define new and relevant metrics demonstrating the security benefit realization

  • Experience in developing and executing complex operational metrics, reporting, plans with associated communications and change management strategies. Strong attention to detail

  • Prior experience building and executing operational metrics programs including development of metrics collection, aggregation, and dissemination
  • Excellent communication and strong executive presentation skills to prepare and present material to an executive audience. (MS PowerPoint, Excel a must; working knowledge of JIRA and Teams desired)
  • Strong planning and process leadership skills that can drive a work product based approach to delivery. Positive, flexible, open-minded attitude towards work assignments
  • Experience commanding meetings and effectively holding team members accountable for data, delivery and timely escalation of blockers. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related
  • 7-10 years of operational experience

Additional requirements
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking and Agile
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Outstanding analytical skills with an ability to ensure metrics are aligned to strategic goals and will drive key behaviors
